Our research focuses on the field of behavioral economics. "How do incentives work?" is the central question guiding our research. In particular, we deal with questions of personnel economics and the digital change taking place therein, as well as with the challenges of family-owned businesses and with questions in the field of sustainability.

Our methodological focus is on empirical studies and especially experiments (field and laboratory experiments).

We are fortunate to be able to conduct our laboratory experiments in the economics laboratory of TUM (experimenTUM), which is also managed by our chair.
