This project aims to contribute to the sustainability goals by providing decentralized energy systems for rural regions in the Global South and targeted promotion of entrepreneurial activities in the selected regions.
Drawing from the theory of planned behavior, this study aims to investigate which are the determinants and mechanisms that lead to sustainable entrepreneurial behaviors.
The focus of this research project is micro-entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa. Two main topics have emerged: the informal economy and the antecedents and outcomes of micro-entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa.
The goal of this project is to investigate which factors influence the involvement of women in the different stages of the entrepreneurial process.
