Ramin Barzanji is a PhD student at the Professorship of Operations and Supply Chain Management, involved in the DFG Research Training Group AdONE. He got a master's degree in industrial engineering from Kharazmi University of Tehran in December 2017. His research interests lie in the area of Operations Research and Management Science and his work focuses on integer and linear programming, decomposition techniques, constraint programming, and metaheuristics. Ramin applies these techniques to combinatorial optimization problems, especially to routing and transportation problems, production planning, and supply chains.
In his spare time, Ramin enjoys watching movies, reading novels, swimming, and jogging.
