Effective leadership is a fundamental pillar of societal success. To better understand and improve leadership we need to understand its endogenous antecedents (i.e., its individual prerequisites within the leader as well as the follower). The TUM NeLeLab aims at advancing the empirical evaluation of leadership by implementing an interdisciplinary approach focusing on the basic pillars of human cognition and psychophysiology and is supported by the TUM Agenda 2030 (Exzellenzstrategie 2019).
