Mohammed Bendaanane is a Doctoral Researcher at the Chair of Corporate Sustainability focusing on sustainable entrepreneurship in the global south. His research scrutinises the thorny process of entrepreneurial intentions’ translation into actual action in resource-scarce environments within the context of sustainable development.

Prior to joining the chair, Mohammed graduated as an engineer in Geomatics and Land Surveying from Hassan II Agronomic Institute (Morocco), then worked in the geospatial industry for a couple of years before moving to England to earn his M.Sc. in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship at Bournemouth University (UK). Mohammed was initiated to Entrepreneurship in a study-abroad programme at the Kelley School of Business – Indiana University (USA). In 2015, he co-founded Amendy Foods, a sustainable venture based in Morocco.
